Returns and Refund Policies

mF products are small-batch handmade items, and variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns for products because of these irregularities. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your mF handcrafted product, you may return your clean, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. 

To initiate a return, please contact us via email telling us why you aren't satisfied, and we will provide you with the necessary return details. Return postage costs are not covered, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the item(s) via Stripe. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Cancellations and Amendments In line with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can cancel or amend your order up to 7 working days from the day the product was received by emailing us at 9549collection@gmail.com. Please follow the returns procedure for a refund. Return postage costs are to be borne by the customer. 

Damaged Items: If the product is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Once the product is inspected, we will issue a refund for the product and postage. 

Warranty: All our products come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any product failures including stitching, metalwork, zips, or straps, provided the products have been fairly treated. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair. If you have received a faulty product, contact our customer service team at 9549collection@gmail.com.
